(no subject)
brooks and i are officially movie junkies. he decided to get a netflix account in ADDITION to mine so we're getting about 6 movies a week. then there's the gamefly.
he showed me a movie called faces of death which is pretty much a bunch of clips of people getting killed; it was the most depressing thing i've ever seen. all it was was a bunch of clips of people getting executed seperated by an alien autopsy and a cadaver prep video. i can't understand the kind of bloodlust that would go behind enjoying that movie.
onto more ridiculous news, i was running the other day past highland and came upon the area where the interstate runs under the road. i spotted a man standing on the other side of the fence that guards the underpass looking as if he was about to attempt suicide. i asked him what he was doing but he ignored me so i decided to leave the dumb bastard to his shoddily planned death. a few yards down the road i changed my mind and ran back to try to talk to him but he was gone; i assumed he had lost his nerve or went to kill himself in a way that would more likely KILL him than simply hurt him badly. turns out that he had jumped and only broke his leg. kinda freaky.
so this friday i'm having a wii party, but as jess pointed out that is no different than what i do every night. the difference is a chick fil a party plate will be added to the mix biatch!!!
