Lieutenant Commander Otis Vincent Tolbert Jr. led a life of service to God, his country and his family. He loved football, and was a star runningback in college. A navy brat, he followed his father's footsteps and joined the US Navy as soon as he was able. His dad was a pilot, an officer, and an instructor at Annapolis. i remember in the US tour U2 played right after 9/11 they had a song where they projected the names of all the victims up onto the walls during the song. It was a more "full" tribute than even the one they did in the Super Bowl

Thank you for sharing this, and the link to that website. This is a really cool thing to do. It was the military people that I always most identified with too.

I scanned the list on the site this morning and didn't see the name of Andrew's (my children's father) cousin. His name was James Kelly and he worked for Cantor Fitzgerald which was housed in One World Trade Center. I shared the link on FB. I hope one of his siblings decides to sign up and do a tribute.
