Dear You (Poem)
Even though the title implicates, this is to no one imparticular. At least, I don't think it is.
I found this on a sheet of paper, must be from ages ago as it's on the back of some GCSE c/w I did... But I thought it was cute...
However, it's a little wrong to judge your own poetry. :)
This week's gone on forever,
& you're still in my heart,
I feel like I'm whatever,
When you're my shining star,
The world seems lost and broken,
When you're not by my side,
You're still my golden token,
Though it seems are friendship is a lie.
This time I sit here knowing,
I won't have a chance again,
I've lost it, but I'm going,
to try again anyway,
You've been a best friend since the day we met,
But you know I think you more,
You even treated me like shit,
But love you more & more.
