Jack and I went to the doctor's office this morning for the sonogram. I'm officially halfway through my pregnancy. The nausea is still pretty wicked at times, but mostly I've just been constantly hungry. Especially the last couple of weeks. I won't discuss how fast I went through the box of candy that Jackson bought me for Valentine's day

I know we had some but I don't know if you ate them all up. I can pick some up before I head into work. Anything else you' like me to get?

More ice cream. Anything that doesn't have peanuts in it because peanuts are on the blech list again.

More juice and can you make some more sweet tea before you leave? I can't seem to make it the way you do. It must be a southern thing.

I'm sure your grandfather and I will have a lot of fun together.

*laughs and heads to the kitchen to make her more sweet tea*

I wish I didn't have to go in tonight. I'd rather stay in with you. Revel at the sonagram picture.

You can take it in with you. I have a frame in the desk drawer.

*walks into the office, finds the frame she is looking for, returns and hands it to Jack*

I'll be alright. I think I'll call Trick and see if he wants to come over and watch a movie and I'll break the news to him then. We can tell my parents this weekend when we see them.

My men are gonna have a field day when I run around proud as a peacock showing everyone this.

*lifts her chin and kisses her*

That makes me feel better. You calling Trick to keep you company. And telling him the big news when I'm gone. *laughs a little*

Yeah, I'll handle Trick. You get to be the one to tell Maddy. Though, can I tell her that your grandfather will be here on an extended visit?

But could ya hold off on telling her about Jacksons impending visit til it gets a little closer. I don't need her having all that extra time to form plans.

*takes his hands, places them on either side of her stomach*

*tentatively touches her stomach feeling the little tiny movements. smiles big looking at her in awe*

Darlin', thats amazing. This is really happening. Twins. *shakes head* Damn amazing.

*kneels down talking to her stomach*

Paige? Patrick? Your Daddy has to go get you guys some ice cream and juice and then go to work. You be good.

*stands up smiling at her, leans in to kiss her*
