Jack took my idea about grabbing one of their guys to make up for what happened with Paige and turned it into a workable plan. He took a small team with him, including the pixies, and did an attack while Sean, me and a few others created a diversion from the roof. We fire flaming arrows and set things on fire. It was kind of cool. They took out a few of Ashmore's men and got one of them back into the school as a prisoner of war.
He's done a little talking, but mostly it was to let anyone who was near by know that Paige had been taken and she was the one to give up the information that lead to the attacks that night. Jack quickly let everyone know that Paige didn't do it of her own free will. That Ashmore used magic to make her talk. Word has spread real quick and I think some people are real pissed off at Jackson for not telling them that Paige had been captured and that their information had been jeopardized. He made the call and he did what he thought was best. Maybe that makes me bias, but I support what he decided.
The mission was a success and they have someone to interrogate. I'm hoping everyone will focus on the positive and not let tempers get the best of them. Paige must feel horrible and I wish there was something I could do for her. Can't imagine what it must be like. To know you were basically raped of your ability to control your mind or your speech. This isn't just a war. There is absolutely no honor in anything that Ashmore has done.
