On what Kimberly Navarro does on Friday night.

Last night started off like the usual Friday night I was sitting at my computer and bascially staring at it and the wall. Surprisingly I was not in the mood to read a book. Brent signed online and he happened to be staring at the wall too so we decided that rather than stare at our respective walls alone, we could stare at the wall together. He ended up coming over and we hung out until probably about 3 in the morning. It was really fun actually. He's pretty good company ;)

Of course until we had stayed up until 3 in the morning we didn't remember that we had scheduled a practice today because they decided to close the rink on Monday for an extra day of Easter Holiday. I really didn't want to go when my alarm went off this morning but I had given Brent a hard time that he better show up to practice so I couldn't not show up myself. Of course being frazzled after being up so late I rushed to get ready and headed to the rink. Brent was actually there already which surprised me. I figured he would be late. He laughed at me when I walked in and I figured he was going to make some crack about my hair but he said "Nice pajamas, Navarro" I looked at him weird and then I looked down and realized that I had forgotten to change into my practice pants and was wearing the pajama pants that I slept in last night. There goes my blondeness and its effects on my functioning brain again. Luckily I had an extra pair of pants in my skate bag and I went to change real quick and we finally got started. Neither of us really wanted to be there and Brent kept cracking jokes while we were skating which caused us both to act up. Our coaches ended up sending us home early.

When I got home I decided that I should probably clean my house considering that it is an absolute disaster zone at the moment so I've been doing that for the past few hours. Now I'm taking a break. I'm supposed to call John back, the guy that my mother is trying to set me up with from home. He's getting to be a creep and I really wish he would stop calling. Maybe I just won't call him back and I'll go for a run before I continue to clean up this place.

There are no plans for the evening, but I'm sure I'll end up either staring at the wall, going out and getting plastered with my friends, or calling brent to see if he's staring at the wall and decide that we should stare at the wall together again.

With Love,
Kim
