Dumpster Fire!!
I worked at Ulima's new store last night because of the whole fiasco with Starbucks and which store I can actually work at right now. Those bitches.
But I really enjoyed work last night...they have a completely different costumer base than my old store....all tweens because there is a movie theater next door (and it was a Friday night) I have never made so many Vanilla Creams and Raspberry White Mochas before. I was able to learn how to use the new machine because I was put on Bar. Working at a different store is so weird because I know how to do everything but at the same time it is all new....I found myself asking a million questions last night and I really hope that I didn't piss off the two other employees working.
I'm working there again today and hopefully for the next four days...I really need hours and if Ulima is willing to give me some then great! I would totally love to transfer...the drive really isn't THAT bad.
Great news: instead of being the Assistant Sound Designer for 10 Minute Plays, I've been bumped up to Sound Designer. I spoke with Pete yesterday and he said that since Jeff dropped the class (the guy who was originally the Sound Designer) and because I can completely handle it, they are just going to let me do all the sound myself.
By the way, I only had to spend $28 on books and a little less than $30 on supplies so far for the semester.
