Entering the home stretch...

I got my Philosophy term paper back. Made an A, but not any ole A. Oh no. A mothertruckin' 100 A. Now, I understand that acing an Intro class is no grand accomplishment, but I'm impressed with myself nonetheless. Consequently, I will probably drop my Biology major. It all depends on next semester's Bio course. If it pains me as much as this semester's did, I will become a full-fledged Philosophy major. My father is going to shit his pants.

Biology kept me up into the wee hours of the morning, assaulting my brain with free-flow diagrams of the Krebs cycle, oxidative phosphorylation (it really is as heinous as it sounds), and other riveting biological processes. My test this morning was far easier than I had anticipated. At least I hope it was, otherwise my A in that class is shot. Eh, who cares anymore? Certainly not me....I'm such a bad liar.

So, my only exam is out of the way. All I have left to do is write my English term paper and then I can blow this pop stand. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Study tip for the gourmet: Prosciutto and goat cheese makes not only a fabulous study snack combination, but a damned good breakfast as well.

During one of my many study breaks last night (ADD will do that to you), I came across this article in someone's journal. I chortled. I guffawed. I came to hate America even more. I encourage you all to at least read it. It will affirm your superiority over the rest of this God-forsaken country.

And with that, I'm off to bed. I'll try to take a little nap before I start English. Fatigue-induced incoherence is not a state conducive to literary analysis, as has been my experience.
