(no subject)
Haven't updated for ages... And since I never get time to talk to anyone... Here goes.
Have had my permanent employment confirmed by CBA after the 3 month probation ended. Am finding referrals hard, but getting there. I'm not scared of the customers anymore, especially since I'm getting to know a fair few of them... Mostly business ones tough which doesn't help referrals.
Gaz and I went to Scotland the Brave on Saturday night which was awesome *waves scottish flag* The singers were amazing and the pipers and TSO were similarly beautiful. A lot of the pipers were saying hi to me as I was waiting for Gaz to come out of the gents - needless to say he was fixing his hair - so that was cool. It's a pity they were Aussies and a bit too old though, otherwise I might have had more fun.
Went to heat afterwards with Jo, the only ppl who tried to pick us up were REALLY rank so we walked off on them rudely after they asked us to come to the Mens Gallery and dance on the tables for them. YUCK.
There weren't any fights outside Iso but I saw an EXTREMELY desirable someone there... Saw that someone yesterday... Cannot stop staring even though they wouldn't be interested at all. Have even been dreaming about this someone. Don't ask who it is, you wouldn't know them. Depressing, pining after someone I've exchanged very, very few words with. Since they don't even have the manners to smile, I shoud forget the whole thing. Either they are very rude, or very shy. I'd say the latter since they go red whenever they have to talk to me. Arr, forget it.
Very sorry to ramble at you all. Just needed to say it.
Mum comes back from NSW on Saturday, so hopefully she can help with the housework. Since I leave when it's only just light and get back when it's pitch black, I can't do much. Has left me totally buggered, walking 45 mins then working 8 or 9 hours, then walking 45 mins back home. OH well, need the exercise.
We have a casual clothes day on Friday which should be fun... My dress sense is becoming legendary with CBA since many of them are very conservative, being 30+ years old. This should be good.
Rest assured I'll try not to frighten them.
I'm FINALLY getting my hair layered this afternoon, which should be fun. The guy I spoke to on the phone I really hit it off with... And there's no way he's gay lol. He had a nice voice. If he looks nice to go with it, I might think about it. Hmm.
