Things are shitty
Seriously... our toilet is busted and threw up all over our apartment (which only has ONE bathroom). They say we need a new toilet but we have been without for 24 hours now. We have had to pee in a bucket. Plus, the carpet guy came and sucked up all the water and made it smell like lemons and left a super-high powered fan that has to run non-stop until Saturday. I was on call last night for the first time, which only entails answering pages about medicines and emergencies. If it's serious, tell them to go to the ER. I only got two calls last night, but our internet/cable has been not working on and off since MONDAY and since we have Vonage we have been without a phone so I had to use my cell (which my parents still pay for) before 9 pm. And with the fan, and anxiety about being on call, and decongestant use I hardly slept a wink last night. This morning I got a huge coffee and came into the office. I guess I had dyslexia or something because I set off the alarm and didn't know how to turn it off so I had to call the office manager who gave me the reset code, and the secret password for when the alarm company would call. BUT I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM SO BAD!!!
