2007 Summary
I have to say that 2007 kinda sucked ass. There were a couple of high points. Enjoyed dating a woofy bear for a while, learned some French, visited a neat Episcopal Monastery in upstate New York, and I've enjoyed the new building at work.
But....
July - Moved in with a platonic housemate to save money, leave a smaller carbon footprint, all that jazz. But he had failed to pay the electric bill, so we were without electricity for about a week in mid-July. It gave me a little taste of homelessness.
August - Heard above housemate threaten my life on the phone to a friend. Moved out to a new place. Caught lice somewhere. The icky kind.
September - Lice came back in spite of diligent treatment. Shaved entire body with the help of a very kind friend.
October, November - nothing too awful. Trip to visit family in Massachusetts canceled due to storm.
December - Car broken into, GPS device and some other electronic goodies stolen.
So here's to a pest-free, drama-free 2008!
