Apartments
Just got back from an apartment showing that never happened. Called and set up an appointment last week for 5:30 today and the landlord forgot to show. I called her up and she said that the door was unlocked and we could just go in and check it out and call her back with any questions. Then three people drive up while I'm on the phone with her and go inside the door we were instructed to enter. We decided not to even bother looking seeing as this place was either still occupied (by these three folk), or they're squatting or something weirder.
I don't think we're going to pursue this place much more, seeing as the landlord can't bother to write an appointment to show her own property to a potential tenant, or even show up when called about it. Leaving a place unlocked also doesn't seem to keen to me.
