I have some of my trip written up, and I guess maybe I will post it sometime.
But I was watching the Hockfield inauguration yesterday, and the procession of all the academics in their varied and splendid regalia was pretty damn awesome.
In the line of a few hundred people, both Dan Nocera and Zoz made devil's horns with their hand at me.
I find this fantastically funny. I think there are maybe 5 of you who would really get why Dan Nocera doing it is funny, but it was really the juxtaposition of the two that made my day.
