Let me tell you what I ate today.

* leftover chinese food.
* ...multi-vitamin with water
* small bag of chips
* beef jerky w/ cheese stick
* bottle of dr pepper
* a "theater candy" box of m&ms
* ...small m&m mcflurry

SO HEALTHY.

My body actually is pretty good considering what I put into it.

otoh if I suddenly turn to mush tonight it's probably the >100 grams of sugar holy crap (91 grams in the soda and theater candy box alone, so I'm assuming the mcflurry itself would put it over).

As for why I ate so unhealthily: I wasn't scheduled for work today. Then at 10 am, when I hadn't yet ate, I got called and asked if I would come in at 11:30. Cue rushing to take shower, dry off, nom leftovers, get ready to walk over. I thought after 4 I'd go back home and eat something like a baked potato...but at 3:45, I got asked if I could stay for another work shift, with only a half-hour's break in between. There's nothing healthy close to the store, so. |D BEEF JERK / M&M "LUNCH", GO.
