The moon and a half.

Kilowog spends enough time hanging out with the Justice League that he's made himself a relatively simple little cabin, fashioned from moonrock, a hop, skip and a jump away from the Watchtower itself. Complete with life support systems, his own kitchen and supply areas, and a gigantic basement good for working on his gearhead projects.

Not the least of which has been some heavy-duty weaponry designed for one specific purpose. One specific degenerate target. And he's spent a lot of time leaving the ring upstairs while he's designed and worked on these particular projects.

As he tends to the minutiae of putting these devices together, he stops for a moment, glancing at the stairwell. Maybe the ring will let him reach into his consciousness and lobotomize the bastard... make things easier and safer.

No. Keep the Corps out of this. This is liable to get ugly, and he knows that what he's doing won't sit well with many people he likes and respects... especially the person he's doing it for. But he knows that, in the long run, it'll make everyone feel a lot better.

If he succeeds without getting killed. Funny thing about that. You'd think, being the last ever of a species, you might be a bit more concerned about dying.

Turns out, you've just got that much less reason to live.
