BUT. I HAVE MADE ART.
HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS HARRY POTTER KICK I'M ON?
So Sirius I always imagine as having Good Cheekbones and a very angular, defined nose. Orderly hair that he has to purposefully mess up, a face that's made for icy stares.
James on the other hand is Square Face and My Hair but More Ridiculous, with Glasses On Top.
Remus is a mild-mannered man with a mild-mannered face, in that sort of frank English way. Broad nose, expressive eyebrows, and my dad's old haircut because really, my dad and Remus are a lot alike. This is possibly another reason I am uncomfortable with Remus/Tonks; I cannot imagine my dad having an affair period, much less with a woman that much younger. (And I ship Remus/Sirius because my mother is Sirius? ...well, noble family with a reputation for less-than-savoury actions, check. Rebellion against said family, particularly mother, check. Wayward brother, check. Reckless, impatient, easily taken by strong emotion? ...I am going to stop thinking about this about now. This is probably why I've never been able to read or write smut about them. Ohgod.)

Peter! Poor, neglected, traitorous Peter. I tried to balance 'rat' with 'somewhat pudgy' while still maintaining 'reasonably good-looking"; I think I did okay.
