The letter "E":
Eponine Thenardier: My first fangirl girl!crush!! I always loved her faith and plucky determination (and conversely, Cosette always annoyed the piss out of me, but that's neither here nor there). It always sort of annoyed me though how Eponine dies by taking a bullet for Marius. I mean ... dude throws her over for another girl, and she willingly dies for him anyway? Crap like that shows that this was clearly written by a man: this is kinda reminiscent of that old meta/discussion/story "The Lady or the Tiger?" - I vote "tiger" but maybe that's just me ...
Enjolras No-idea-if-he-has-a-last-name: I loved his determination and strength - his death made me so sad in the story because although there were many tragic deaths in the screenplay -- his was the only death which made me lose hope, kwim? He was the fighter, the one who took a stand - and without him, you KNEW there was no chance, that everything was going to crumble.
Ellen Harvelle: I just hope I can have 1/10th of her strength, as both a woman and a mother. ADORE HER.
Eight: I love his audios. I love Paul McGann's voice, and the humor and charm - yet anger and near bitterness - that he infuses into the Doctor's pre-Time War persona. It's a richness of character depth that I wish we had currently on the show =(
Elena Gilbert: I really wish she didn't annoy me =( I want to like her - I used to like her!! It's just very difficult for me to like characters who aren't particularly self-aware, and for about a season and a half her self-denial about her feelings for Damon has really irked me. Lie to others if you must, but after a season and a half, it annoys me that she still seems to be lying to herself. I also SEE that she loves Stephan, but I don't see WHY she still loves Stephan. It's just a personal thing, but it does irk me.
