Sunday I went with Stacy to her workplace so she could do some cleaning again. We went to Kidd valley first and got some food. I ate a Bacon cheeseburger, a strawberry shake, and some garlic fries. I dont think I liked the fries. They had WAY too much garlic (never though a person could ever say that!) and they were squishy and soggy and had no flavor other than the garlic. The burger and shake were good, though. We ate them at her work then I had a few beers and helped her clean a bit. I played the Sims on her laptop for a while then we left. She was sick with a cold.. and then later at night I woke up at 11, then again at 12, then again at 3 then again at 4, then again at 5, and each time I hurled. I couldn't keep any water down or anything, and the first few times I quakked, it was my casserole that I had made and had for dinner. BLEH. I didn't get much sleep and my throat closed up and I had a panic attack at around midnight so I took some Klons and finally fell asleep I guess. Nothing else is wrong with me.. its not like a flu or anything, I am just neauseas and throwing up. No headache.. no stuffy nose.. no muscle aches.. my backache is something altogether separate of course. Hmmm.. maybe its something I ate?? Wierd.
I called out sick to work, because I knew I wouldn't make it.. I'd have to stop the car a few times to yakk. So I am just chillin today, I miss my girl though, she is at work. Hopefully she will be coming home early, though, and hopefully will have gotten the message I left her about picking up Lisa in Bellevue so that Lisa can come home and pay her half of the rent since it was due yesterday and I can't cover anyone's parts.
Talking to a friend of mine just now who told me the Fire Marshall evacuated Bothell due to flooding, so my whole building was closed down and everyone sent home. Now I wish I would've gone just so I could go home and get paid, and not get an occurence for being out sick. I guess we are having a repeat of November 2006, only it came a month later than usual, huh? Record flooding...
This is from King5.com the local news channel's website:

"The City of Bothell has also proclaimed a local emergency due to flooding. Mandatory evacuations were in effect for the North Creek Business Park, Quinton Industries and the Northshore School District Administration Building. The Northshore Senior Center and the Bothell Regional Library opened its doors for citizens who need a temporary dry shelter."
It doesn't mention Canyon Park which is where I work, but North Creek is right nearbye, and NONE of my co-workers are online on yahoo right now which I did find odd, now I know why.
Thats nuts!!
It snowed a few days ago and then it all melted and the rains came and apparently are sweeping water from the rivers all up onto the shore and creating one hell of a mess. Staying inside never seemed like a better idea. And, yaY for a 2nd floor apartment for once, huh? There is a little 'creek' outside my window, and I don't think it was there before...
