01. Anyone who looks at this entry has to post this meme and their current wallpaper in their livejournal.
02. Explain in five sentences/points why you're using that wallpaper.
*Please note: My desktop is still really freaking disorganized. The right side is writings sent to me by decadentheaven , and the right is pictures I keep forgetting to move. Ahem.
1. The image! (It's also seen on my LJ banner) I found it randomly on Lostpedia, and while making my LJ header in Piknic (CHEATAR) I discovered the two-color effect, and wanted to make myself a desktop with it. So I did. I use it because it is custom-made and it fits so nicely.
2. The colors! Hot pink and yellow are one of my hyperactive favourite colour combinations. They blend nicely to make a bright, eye-pleasing image.
3. The atmosphere! I like the 50's pop art-feel the colors and shading produce. I had to write "aloha" in the corner to complete the vintage, postcardy look.
4. The location! The pink palm trees lazily huddled behind the yellow/orange Hawaiian beach is so relaxing to look at. It really helped morale during exams, I tell u wut.
5. The scene! Not to sound too much like reason 1., but Charlie and Claire were my original LOST otp, so I adore this scene between them. The seagull being released feels kind of hopeful, and I just can't spell out how much I love that part. Pregnant Babe and Junkie forever.
