Forward one step, back two
Well, it turns out that the fill was FAR too tight. I ended up PBing some 14 times before I finally was able to get loosened this afternoon. I looked like some sort of dang hick wandering around with a spit cup. Fun.
It seems that I cannot correctly feel the difference between a working restriction and a complete stoppage. This means that I am giving the doc bad info -- therefore all my fills from this point will have to be under fluoro. Fun, that's an extra expense I wasn't figuring on.
Before this last fill I had 6.5 cc in the band. I was swollen so bad that the doc had to pull back to 5.5 to open me up again, so I'm losing ground (and $250!) this week. Bummer, but so be it. I'll be back next week or so for the right fill.
