So, that's done
Talked to a bunch of people, and pretty much everyone told me to drop CC33. ;_; Sad, but it is a logical choice, all things considered.
So, with that out of the way, I have to complete the Phoenix, Dr. Nefarious, and Captain Qwark costumes soon. Qwark won't be much of a problem (found the foam for his pecs, and the rest if a fairly simple jumpsuit; his face might give me problems), Nefarious will be... interesting (that dome!), and the Phoenix... well...
Managed to get some sleep, so I should be able to work on it as soon as I get home, but today's a bit odd, because I have a dentist appointment at noon, right in the middle of my work. However, I have a long day tomorrow, so if I cut all the feather pieces, I could bring those in to hand-sew and wrap up the tail.
Of course, that means cutting all those pieces. And then hand-sewing them. :P
Still, I submitted my info for the DCC and SDCC masquerades, and aside from some pieces of Dr. N's costume, I have clear plans about how to do it all. So, just a matter of getting my butt in gear and doing it all.
