Okay, let's see if I did this right...
So, I am babysitting the neighbor's dogs right now due to one having just had surgery. I've been here for 2.5 hours, and all the costume stuff is the type that I really, really can't work on it unless I am home and next to me sewing machine.
And I've been working all day on the head and it is still not done (nor even close). I desperately want to bring this costume, so I foresee some sleeplessness in the very near future. The good news is I am at the stage of adding batting (to give it some depth and protect the edges). After that, I can add the fleece, then the fur, and then work on the eyes (still not sure how I will do that part; crossing that bridge when I get to it).
Additionally, I'm working on the prop and the shorts. The shorts I may do tonight just to get them done (and then the only things of import will be the head), but we'll see what time my neighbors come home. Soon, I hope. :P
This time did give me a chance to work on my documentation, using the pics I downloaded yesterday from my camera (have more to add from today's work). Here's the Google document. You should all be able to comment if I set it up right.
