When I Go to a Show... I Don't Expect Homicide

well, last night i went to go see a concert in Cincinati, OH at Bogart's music hall... the line up was Himsa, Arch Enemy, Bleeding Through and Cradle of Filth ... Himsa was better than i thought they woudl be.. Arch Enemy kicked major ass!! .. and then Bleeding Through played... because of them being there .. there were also a scattered amount of "hardcore-kids" at the show... once Bleeding Through started playing their breakdowns of course there were arms and legs flying everywhere... but to the dislike of the 'pure-metal' kids... hardcore kids doing breakdown dances + metal kids headbanging .. and getting hit = FIGHTS!!! next thing you know the bouncers are breaking up a huge fight in the middle of the dance floor... one of the bigger black bouncers was brought down to the ground where he was held down and stomped on by about 5 or 6 strong guys.. it was horrifying to see... they all got up and ran towards the back... i could see the black-dude's dreadlocks still laying ong the ground.. but the dude was in the back now.. his dreadlocks had been torn out...
Bleeding Through remained playing their songs...
but that was soon stopped.. and the lights came on...
we were then informed that several people had been stabbed during the fight.. and that the music hall was now a possible homicide crime scene.. apparently one guy that had been stabbed was in fatal condition... after some people cleared the area i could see blood everywhere...
Cradle of Filth never played.. and there were police everywhere...
what a memorable show.
