(no subject)
well, March 4th us Tigerettes got the awesome experience to perform the pre-game of a Blazer Game. We used it as a dress rehearsal for the 5th. We had our Metro competition, which was also our lsat competition before state. Something weird happened to us that day. We get there, and you know like 2 hours before the competition begins we realize we forgot all the makeup at THS...it's an hour + drive there and back. So lInda had to go back, and while she was gone I got my period, had no underwear, and the worst cramps EVER!! Linda gets back, and I loose my cell phone, then we realize we also don't have our neck pieces, and Linda makes another trip. We got our makeup and everything done right before we went on. 1st round wasn't very good. It was obviously better then everyone else, but Lincoln. They started off HORRIBLY! I mean it was HORRID! Like I was laughing!!!!! They did this leap and landed so hard that they made their own music skip, so they got to start over. Of coarse it was like 10X better than before. Second round we rocked, I mean we had everyone on their feet, and everything. Lincoln doesn't really have a cheering section like we do. They have their parents, and friends. We have everyone, people we don't even know. That day we won this award for being the nicest, and sweetest team. It was almost as good as getting the gold. We ended the night with a 2nd place trophy. I knew that we were getting it because of second round. Now, we're working so hard to be the best we can be. We don't need to win (even though we are the best team, and everyone knows it) we just need to wow, which we ALWAYS do. (if you've come to a competition you obviously know)
