Speaking tonight
I'm speaking tonight... so, yeah.
I put all my make-up on. I look pretty.
Got my jacket on. Look slightly professional.
Jen's been at my house since Sunday haha. It's been fucking rad. Tyler and her are just chilling out and playing Super Mario on Nintendo 64.
I desperately need a job. But where do I work?
Anyone have any suggestions?
I felt bad for this one girl at my school named Teyana. She's Christian and she loves God and she was drawing pictures of Jesus and other religious symbols, and then she went away for a while and when she got back the word "Satan" was written on her picture.
She just looked down at the picture for a while... and then she cried.
I felt so awful for her.
When someone really believes in something and is very passionate about it, it's a beautiful thing. And when someone tarnishes that by being ignorant and offensive, even if it's a little thing like writing a word, it serves as a prime example showing how cruel people can truly be.
I'm not religious, but I still try my best to respect other peoples' beliefs. I believe that genuine faith is a very beautiful thing to have, but it's just something I lack.
Right now all I believe in is trying my absolute best to succeed.
But despite my lack of faith, I still believe that everyone is equal, regardless of belief, color, size, or state of mind. We're all people put here on this earth, and we're not going anywhere by hating each other.
