This is it. I'm going to write down what I have to do every day. I believe I can do it.

GOALS

1) Get $5,000 so you can pay to be an apprentice at the tattoo parlor.
2) EXERCISE!!! EXERCISE!!! EXERCISE!!! It's not only about losing weight, it's about having a healthier body, too!
3) Be nice to everyone you meet, regardless of what their attitude is like.
4) Let your hair grow out!
5) Be confident!

EXERCISE PLAN!

Stretch for 15 minutes.

Do AT LEAST 2 sets of 10 push-ups every day!

Do AT LEAST 2 sets of 25 crunches every day!

Do AT LEAST 2 sets of 25 reverse crunches every day!

Do AT LEAST 2 sets of 25 lunges every day!

Stretch your hamstrings, calves, etc.

Do bun-busters!

EATING!!!

Instead of pizza, eat a Subway veggie sandwich!

Instead of chips, eat rice cakes!

Instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt!

Instead of fatty meats, eat skinless chicken breasts!

Instead of soda, drink diet soda or tea!

Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day!
