my rant
well yeah so I said I had a rant about swim practice. well to start that off- they arent mandatory- it's like I said just to get us ready for the coach's practice. This is in fact why its called the captain's practice. The captain do this to benefit the team, they host it- ya know. well i go thrusday and no one was there besides first year swimmers! I was like yeah some captain'a practice- no captains were there! grr.
