"It's still easy to lose yourself in here," Axel replies. It doesn't take him any real time to get oriented towards Traverse Town; it's relatively easy to get there, from Milliways.
"Watch out for the yellow eyes in the dark," he warns, before he starts out.
He doesn't pull his hood up; he knows his bright red hair will make him easier to follow.
"Easy for a human, perhaps," she sniffs distastefully. There are directions pulling at her, urges towards places in the dark, other paths that seem almost familiar.
"For most people. A human can be just as adept at walking the dark paths as anyone else. They have as much capacity for internal darkness."
He moves quickly, leading the way along a definite pathway through the darkness. There's an indefinable sense of something shifting, when they pass out of the narrow 'safe' zone around Milliways, and out into the wider realms of the dark paths.
"Don't stop moving; we may need to run." The sheer thereness of her dual hearts is even more plain in the darkness, a breath away from the Void; he's a little surprised that the Heartless haven't swarmed them already.
