I'm giving thought to running a more serious 4E game than my current two-fights-a-night-and-vague-excuse-for-the-next game.
As in, one with roleplaying, plot and stuff.
See, I want to run an alternate-universe Kingdom Hearts. May not have a Sora/Riku/Kairi/Donald/Goofy/Mickey setup, but will definitely involve a lot of re-skinning of powers,

The sword/shield/wand distinction (6 combinations) during character gen seems to be a core piece of flavour for the main games, think you might represent that somehow (possibly via races rather than classes)?
Could easily see someone playing a summoner wizard/artificer with the spells rewritten to be disney relevant (or you could give players optional summon powers).
Then there's fusion forms... but I ramble :)

Mechanically, it's going to come down to what seems right for the players. If someone wants to play the 101 dalmatians as a Swarm Druid, then maybe I'll smack them, but it going to involve a certain amount of fast-and-loose in places, and customised character sheets if I can work out how.
