jesus! my head hurts. its like this horrible... thing that strikes me right behind the ear and as i try to ignore it, it naggingly spreads throughout my head. my doctor keeps trying new medications and theories to get them to go away, she told me to try meditation but its really hard to concentrate on concentrating when you have the blob trying to suck your brains out through your ear. but anyway I'm going to take a few advil and try to go to sleep before i have to get up and go to morning practice...
