last night as i was falling asleep, i had a dream that the skin all around my face and neck was becoming extremely dry and flaky in these large patches. i felt really ravenous as i was pulling the flakes off of my body, it was incredibly satisfying. and when i started to come back into consciousness, i was overtaken by anxiety that the flakes weren't real. i started to feel all around my neck and arms to try and find some sort of skin or scab to scratch off. it was weird.
