So i was watching "Walking With Prehistoric Beasts" on the discovery channel this morning, when i started to think. People always view the dinasours as just mere animals, something that roamed the earth for millions of years yet is still inferior to us. I find this hard to believe.

Some would say that we are obviously superior. Look what we have made, cars, houses, atom bomb, roads, airplanes. We have invented time. We have invented Nations, money, and borders to keep us seperate from each other. We have science that will bring us cures for diseases, drugs to help what we can not yet cure; research intended to make us a better species. Some would say that we are the most evolved species to ever exist.

But are we?

I can't see how we are. The Dinasours lived for as long as they did with none of these things. They had no need for them. Everything needed to sustain their lives comfortably was taken from the earth. Humans have invented all of these things with the hope of them somehow making our lives better, easier. These prehistoric beasts had no need. And in the end they were killed off natually. I find it hard to believe that the human race will die off on its own. It will inevetably play a role in its own demise.

So who is the superior?
