ONE MORE WEEK OF WORK!!! yippie. then bryan and i get a whole week of quality time after never being able to see each other.
saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind yesterday. What a weird movie. It was ohkay--didn't love it or hate it.
Warped Tour is Sunday! How friggin' awesome is that? I can't wait to be out in the sun all day, sweating to death and releasing all my energy. It's going to be great.
So I applied for and interviewed to be the Assistant Director of Internal Affairs for the Reitz Union Board and I GOT THE POSITION! I'm so excited. So this means I'm second in command with this other guy, Matt. It's going to be great. I'll be able to be really involved and able to work on my PR skills. I'm so excited. I love leadership positions. There's already lots of stuff to do and it's a HUGE responsibility. Way bigger than yearbook or NHS could ever be but I'm up for the challenge and I hope that I do a great job. Maybe one day I can be director!
It's so gorgeous outside, I hate being cooped up in this office building. But at least it's Friday. I ordered a Disney Weddings informational DVD and it finally came yesterday! So I can't wait to run home and watch it today. Don't worry, people! There are no wedding bells ringing anytime in the near future. I've just dreamed of my Disney wedding ever since I was little. Before I even liked boys I think. So this is just another step in fulfilling my dream. We'll worry about finding a groom later =)
So anyway I'm so happy! I'm happy it's Friday; I'm happy I got the AD job; I'm happy Warped Tour is finally here; I'm happy Sarah's going; I'm happy that I have one more week of work left; I'm happy that Bryan is the best...I'm just in a good mood. Hopefully nothing kills this buzz!
