court did NOT go as expected. he gave him until November when we have to go back to come up with something. He told the judge he would marry me in october, I know i must have looked at him funny because when the judge looked at me he seemed concerned. I don't want to marry him, I'm only happy a small percent of the time with him. He brought up waiving the past support, and I had no time to think it over, and went with it. I'm sure it was a very poor decision.

on an up note, I'm trying to make a way to see somebody that I miss terribly in florida for at least a week this winter
