Due to feeling like I was struck by a bus, I didnt do club lastnight. I wanted to! but didnt!
Probably good, even getting to bed early, I awoke pretty arthritic, and still very groggy. And because its a possible ulcer I am to stay away from coffee or tea... extra groggy.
I have to finish my costume tonight and tomorrow.. For the grand Halloween Party!
Other than that, not much going on, I'm feeling mostly better. The Alien in my GI tract was lulled back to sleep. Ive been spending a bit of extra time reading and thinking about some managementy things for work..
