My newfound respect for Forrest Gump
I just realized that, although I already do consider Forrest Gump to be the most awesome, kick-ass hick in the history of Alabama, I never thought about how he kicks some serious hippie ass.
Remember that one scene where he's at the "Black Panther party" and he jumps that one guy from Berkeley for slapping Jenny? Yeah, kick ass. I bet that guy liked santa cruz, too. And I bet he was a vegan, Socialist, Marxist (repetative, I know), antisemitic, tree-hugging, pot-smoking, coke-snorting Radiohead fan.
Forrest Gump does, indeed, rule.
