O' Christmas Tree...

So, I went to Target after work tonight and decided to buy an intimidating, monstrous, gigantamungous Christmas tree. 8 feet tall and towering over my 5'7" frame, I tied it to my car, lugged it up to my apartment and plopped it in the stand all by myself (very proud) making sure it was straight, snug and secure. The smell of a real Christmas tree really makes the holiday for me. Now I have little pine needles scattered across my beige carpet and frankly (and cheesily) it's almost pretty. If I weren't so insanely tired I could finish decorating. But, I woke up at 6:30 this morning for work and it's going on 22 hours of wide awake activities. I'm pooped.
