Appearance:
Dressed in his regulated military uniform, Hallelujah may seem a little bit young for being at his rank and only twenty years of age. Nevertheless he is usually wearing a smirk, and almost always one gold eye is visible, the other a relaxed pale gray is almost constantly hidden by his dark green bangs that hang over one side of his face constantly unless his gentler personality is in control, where upon it is the grey eye that is visible instead of the gold. He’s rather tall and he’s of exceptional build, but not overly so. He is after all a human born specifically to become the perfect solider, perhaps he’s even a little bit more than human.
Personality:
Hallelujah is in all actuality the dark side of Allelujah. He is sadistic and cruel-and holds no regard for human life. He even enjoys killing someone slowly. The only one thing that ever mattered to Hallelujah is self-preservation and with that-protecting Allelujah. But drawing away from the blood lust, Hallelujah is on his own rather loud and doesn’t take shit from anybody--- that is… if they’re not above him on rank anyway.
He won’t keep his mouth shut if he doesn’t enjoy or like something and is vulgar to boot, really his main concerns are staying alive and having a good time doing it and if he gets to kill a few people innocent or not in the line of duty-all the better.
Abilities:
-Being a creation made for the single purpose of war; Hallelujah’s body is in top form and made to be an efficient soldier.
-Agile and quick, he has faster reflexes than a normal human being. He can also take more of a beating and even if he is at the last inch of being alive, will fight tooth and nail to the bitter end physically.
- A very experienced pilot he is more at home with his Gundam (GN-003 Gundam Kyrios) which is for the time being at the military base in lock down while he is in reserve.
- He also trained heavily in artillery of various fire arms.
History:
Allelujah Haptism is one of the four Gundam pilots (called Meisters) in Gundam 00. As a part of the organization "Celestial Being", he and the others stage interventions in conflicts throughout the world with the ultimate goal of eradicating all war. Through that goal comes the belief that the end will justify the means, and no one regrets those means more than Allelujah.
As the most kind-hearted of the four, Allelujah strongly dislikes the idea of killing others, but ultimately believes what Celestial Being is doing is the right thing. Pilot of the transforming Gundam, Kyrios, Allelujah is often called an unfit Gundam Meister because of this hesitation by another Meister, Tieria Erde. He is more than willing to wander from his mission in order to save the lives of others, regardless of the consequences he will have to face upon return to Celestial Being's ship Ptolemaios.
But even Allelujah has a dark shadow following him. As a victim of genetic engineering, Allelujah has an alternate personality called Hallelujah, who is everything his counterpart is not. Cold, sadistic, and maniacal, Hallelujah delights in violence and murder. Though Allelujah has most of the control over his mind and body, certain situations (usually involving quantum brain waves and/or the HRL pilot, Soma Peiris, also a victim of genetic engineering) cause Hallelujah to take control. In these cases, the two mirror personalities fight for control-but sometimes Allelujah doesn't regain full control until it's too late, leaving Allelujah to deal with the consequences of his counterpart's actions.

Being a Phlebotinum Rebel as it were, Allelujah was always the dominate personality, the kind gentle soft smiling side that usual had control over the body from his child hood in the Human Reform League Super Soldier Organization, a alliance made of Russia and China to create a establishment that focused primarily on the production of ‘super soldiers’ which all started as young children specially bred for the production. One of these children was Allelujah Haptism, however he did not have that name, instead he was simply [E-0057], a child of a mixture of Russian and Chinese. After countless experiments a flaw in his make up appeared, this flaw-was a separate personality. A darker one, perhaps created by all the trauma inflicted in Allelujah’s mind, he created a personality which could handle such stressful situations, a personality that could bear the burden which he could not, a heartless monster bent on self-preservation by any means necessary, this was Hallelujah.
Sometime after he was given his name by a girl who was also a genetically engineered soldier A uprising occurred-him still but a child stole away with a band of other children-guns in they’re hands they fought there way to freedom, or more appropriately, they stole a transport for space. That part of they’re mission being successful shortly on this abandoned transport drifting on it’s own in space a problem emerged. Running out food and oxygen worsened their situation and became a ticking clock to how long they’d all survive. While Allelujah despaired there were no options-his dual personality took control, and to Hallelujah the solution was simple. With a gun in hand he executed each and every other child that had escaped with him-ignoring they’re cries to ‘Allelujah’, The darker personality served them death with a carved smile on his face, while wearing his bloodied lab robe. Allelujah could only scream inside that skull they shared-watching his allies, no his friends, those he related to-die by his very own hands.
It is assumed shortly after this-the lone survivor, Allelujah is picked up by Celestial Being, while cursing his fate and the world, Allelujah decided to join Celestial Being to change the world.

Okay the good stuff;
With Allelujah I am throwing myself a curve ball by switching it around, Allelujah will not be the dominate personality, instead his darker half will be-in fact Allelujah will be sealed up locked away like the majority of Hallelujah’s true memories. After all being taken in by Neo Genesis, they’d want a super soldier who could kill, and they seem to like the crazies even more~ not that I don’t’ ever plan to awaken Allelujah in time, it just depends what happens as this muse goes along.
Most of his false memories are emulated only into Neo Genesis’s make up, via instead of the Human Reform League being his creators it will be as expected the Alpha Omega Labs. Only there his ‘training’ and development went more smoothly to the point he was old enough to be deployed into the ranks of the military bent on destruction and general take over of the outside worlds, directly working under the leadership of Dilandau (With permission from Manda). He helped during the Nation-tan slaughter and much like his lieutenant is now annoyed about being sent home to be on reserve for a ‘job well done’ and to ‘take a load off’.
