life's been pretty good to me lately....
I'm still stressed over work... but mainly because I could work three hours a week and be happy. I hate being there, except for Chris Spanos who I worked with today... he's the fucken man.
Always and Forever is almost ready to rock shows and I'm pretty happy about that... I think we've come along way and I can't wait to show everyone what we have to offer.

Cassie and me are coming up on 11 months and every second with her feels just as new as the first.
Me and Chris Spanos talked about getting a beach house in August and just thinking about that makes me feel all tingly inside... it's gonna be sooooooo much fun I know it.
