Summary: Kaoru workes as a coop and in order to escape from the summerheat he visits the local fountain where he accidentally pushes a certain short, blond man into the water. Not able to forget him a crazy plan forms in Kaorus head, but not everything goes as planned...
Comments: Woho I managed to post chapter 2 this week! I wasn't sure if I should make this chapter longer just to make things move faster, but that would had been too long. instead I will try to update as soon as I can^^ Some people will get lucky in this chapter, but I won't tell you who ;P
“Ok, so this is the plan.” Shinya and Die were at Kaorus place and he had just finished his story about how he had bumped into Kyo and how he had to come up with some sort of excuse for meeting with him again. Die was highly amused by the story and seemed glad someone had finally caught Kaorus interest. Shinya had been quiet for most of the time, mostly just speaking when spoken to. “Even though this is a fairly small town I can’t just expect to run into Kyo. Since I’m a police officer, I have access to the database containing the townspeople’s personal information. I looked through Kyos file and I now know where he lives and where he works.”
“Kaoru don’t you think that is just a little bit too obsessive? It seems crazy even for you, but I must say I think it’s pretty funny. “Die had known Kaoru for so many years that he had learned to put up with his impulsive initiatives.
“Are you sure we won’t get in trouble for doing this, I mean, we are kind of violating our power here…” Shinya didn’t look to happy about it all.
“Don’t worry, if we do get caught I’ll make sure the only one who get’s his ass busted is Kaoru” Die blinked at Shinya, and a little smile formed on the quiet mans lips. Die was fun to hang around with and he didn’t mind Shinyas quietness because he could easily speak for two persons. Shutting up ha always been one of Dies bigger problems.
“Die, if you could stop flirting with Shinya maybe we could continue this?” Die let the comment pass and Shinya looked slightly uncomfortable. “As I said, I know where he lives and where he works but I don’t know his schedule, so this will be your first task Die, you’re going to find out when he leaves for work and what time he comes home.”
“What! I’m gonna sit in the bushes outside his house spying? I’m a police, not some damn private detective.”
“I’m sure you and Shinya can figure something out, like you said, he’s a smart kid” Kaoru didn’t take any notice about Dies complaining and continued. “When I know what time he’s entering and leaving the building it’s time for part two of my plan. I need an excuse for accidentally bumping in to him again, so your second task will be to attack Kyo, if you do that I can come and save him, thus paying back for troubling him before. He will then understand how cool I am and then he will invite me to his apartment where we will have hot sex all night. Any questions?”
Shinyas face had turned deep red and Die was just staring, as trying to grip what he had just heard.
“I’m gonna attack him, and do what? Steal his purse like he’s an old lady or something? What if I’m the one who gets my ass kicked, you said this guy was really well trained.”
“I don’t think that’s a risk, he has a lot of muscles but he’s damn short, you could probably just sit on him if he tried to resist. “
“What’s that Kaoru, you have the hots for midgets now? Hahah that‘s just to damn funny!” Die obviously pictured something really amusing as he was bent over laughing like crazy. Kaoru hit Die with one of the cushions, “He’s not a midget, he’s just really short, but it doesn’t matter, with those looks he could easily be a model.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever. I don’t know why I’m doing this but we’ll help you with your crazy plan, right Shinya?” Shinya looked a little insecure but after an encouraging look from Die he slowly nodded in agreement.
Die was spending the following week hovering outside Kyos apartment building. Lucky for him the place was rather dead, except for some rather weird guy who kept asking people for eyeballs.
Soon Die knew everything about the other mans coming and going. It was time to report back to Kaoru, although he dreaded the next step in the plan.

“I don’t know if I’m loosing my mind or something, but I have seen this red-haired guy hanging around here lately, I could swear he’s been spying on me. You don’t think I’m paranoid or something, do you?” Kyo and Toshiya were having breakfast and Kyo had felt that he needed to bring the up the subject.
“No I don’t think you’re paranoid, but I do think you need to take your ego down a notch, not everybody is lusting after you, you know.” Kyo made some unintelligible noise and fired of a glare at the other man.
“I just hope he isn’t one of those fucking annoying fan boys, they say they love my poetry but they don’t understand half of it.”
“But can you really blame them for not understanding? Your writing is dark as hell Kyo, the person who understands it the best is you, you shouldn’t care what others do and don’t understand.”
“I don’t give a damn about whether they understand it or not, I just wish someone would actually love me for who I am and not because of some shit I‘ve written. They just like me because my writings are famous. No one even has the courage to say they don‘t like them, it‘s just pretending.” Toshiya fell silent for a moment and then reached out for Kyos hand .
“I never pretended, the first time I read your poetry I said it sucked.”
“Well, yeah and that is why I put up with you, because you’re honest, even though you’re an idiot in desperate need of braces.” Kyo said the last thing with a little smile, knowing he didn’t hurt the other mans feelings.
“Well this idiot is still more popular. And besides, I think my teeth are a big turn-on, there unique so that makes me kinda like a collector’s item you knew.” Kyo knew there was no point in arguing and dropped the subject.
“Anyway I should be on my way unless I want to get late for work. I know, why don’t you follow me out and you’ll see I’m not making up a story about that stalker.”
After some protesting Toshiya agreed and both men exited the building. It was dead silent outside and it turned out to be nobody in sight.
“It seems your little stalker have gotten himself an invisible suit or something because no ones here Kyo. Maybe you‘ve gotten paranoid after all.” Kyo felt both a little confused and relieved.
“You have to believe me, he really used to be here, but it seems like he’s given up.”
“If you still feel uncomfortable you could always ask that coop to protect you. You haven’t happened to see him again have you?”
“No! And I’m really glad I haven’t, I hope I won’t ever see him again.” That wasn’t quite true though, more than one time he had found himself thinking about the other man against his will, which made Kyo even more irritated. Kyo finally got in his car, hoping the red haired man would be nowhere in sight when he got home.

“No, wait.. Ah, Die, stop it… Ok, come, I’m ready… no not there!”
“Hahah seems like I’m still on top Shinya, you just can’t beat me at this.”
“How was I supposed to know you were so good at videogames…” Shinya had the look of defeat written all over his face and Die couldn’t help but feel sorry for him.
“I’ve had far too much time on my hands lately, you tend to grow quite good at these things then. Anyway I should start with dinner now, you just sit here and relax.”
After Die had reported back to Kaoru and most of the important details had been planned it was up to him and Shinya to work out the fine details, since Kaoru stated Shinya was better at these things, but Die knew the other man was just lacey. However, he couldn’t really blame him, Kaoru was working hard and he was a good leader when he needed to be. Besides, Die was quite pleased that he got to spend so much time with Shinya. The other man was still a quiet person, but he had started to open up more, which made Die like him even more. Since they had been spending so much time together lately Die only felt that it was in its place to invite him over for dinner and so far it had been a pleasant evening.
After dinner both men decided to watch TV and ended up in the sofa. But after a while they both grew bored with the program they were watching so Die decided to change channel, there were just one problem, the remote were nowhere to be found. After a couple of minutes Die finally spotted the remote sticking out from behind the cushions beside Shinya. When he reached past him his face ended up only a few inches away from the other man, and without thinking about what he was doing; Die softly placed his lips over Shinyas. Shinya made a surprised noise but didn‘t move.
“Die, what are you doing?” there were no anger in the question, more like curiosity.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to do this, it just felt right…” It had just hit Die what he had done and he couldn’t help but feel ashamed at his lack of self-control. But then Shinya completely surprised him when he grabbed Die’s shirt and pulled him in for a second kiss.
“I never told you to stop” a small smile was playing on Shinyas lips as he looked into Dies confused face. “You’re the first person I’ve truly been able to open up to, I want to share this with you.”
Content with that answer Died deepened the kiss and pushed Shinya against the pillows, feeling his petite, warm body against his own. They continued to explore each other’s bodies with sensual kissing and sliding hands under shirts. Feeling Shinyas heart beat in rhythm with his own felt wonderful and Die realized he’d grown hard during the foreplay. His erection pressed up against Shinyas thigh and he was happy when Shinya smiled back at him, placing his hand on Dies erection, rubbing lightly.
“I want you Die…” Shinya lustfully whispered in his ear.

“Just take me here.” Die couldn’t argue with that and after some more removal of clothes both men lay naked on the sofa engaging in pleasure. First he was afraid he would break Shinya if he went to rough but the other man proved he could be stronger than he looked. Die had never seen Shinya this lively, first the other man had tried to hold it in, but when Die moved his hips a certain way Shinya let out moans of pleasure.
It didn’t take long for both men to come, and when it was over they just lay panting, knowing it had been a very pleasant evening indeed.

“Alright, since tomorrow is the day, we’re going trough this one more time. Hey! Die, Shinya, could you please try to stay awake here? Is planning really that excruciating?” Die and Shinya had agreed to keep their relationship a secret for the time being, Die wasn’t going to let Kaoru know he had been right all along so neither of them spoke a word of the previous night. “Ok, Kyo starts his work at 9 o’clock, which mean he leave’s his apartment about 8.30. Die, you will wait outside, and when he’s coming out you’re going to jump out in front of him, waving this-”
“Shit Kaoru, anyone can see that’s a fake gun. We’re cops, why can’t we just use a real one?”
“Because, I want a living man, not a dead. I’m not into necrophilia you now. Please don’t interrupt me Die. So when all hope seems lost, I will happen to pass by, I will then manage to take the gun from you, and put you under ‘arrest’. Piece of cake!
“Wonderful, but you owe me so much. Can’t believe I’m doing this…”
“Oh come on Die, you said you like role-playing, this is your chance to shine.”
“You know I was talking about another kind of role-playing? This wasn’t exactly what I had pictured…”
“Don‘t complain, it will be fun!” And with that Kaoru rounded up the meeting.
