im on my way...
to better health. i woke up at 5:30 this morning, with only an hour of sleep. ( i need to sleep more too) and actually acted on the thing that ive been wanting to do for the past year since i quit soccer. i WANT TO BE IN SHAPE. I WANT TO FEEL GOOD. so...
i ran.
i got up, got ready, got my ipod and ran. i think it was about two miles probably way more than that, idk, i ran from my house, down park lane, turned left on keller took that to pine tree, took pine tree to willoughby, took that all the way to aureilus, turned left, took that to norwood, norwood to keller and keller to park lane and back to my house. lol. i stopped to catch my breath about 4 times. i dont know why but the music i was listening to just really got me into it.
it took me about an hour.
over all i say my first day running was a good one. but i need different headphones i hate the ipod ones.
WATCH OUT KIDS, SOON JO TAYLOR WILL BE HOTTER THAN EVER. LOL HAHAHA
