Rest in peace dear Anna
By Jared M. Durham

Requiem, a chior of angels for you
Everyone lends their voice in remembering you
Saint or sinner, we love you for who you are
Touched all of our lives, you will be remembered

I feel guilty in a way; that I couldn't save you somehow
Now you are gone and we wish you eternity in peace

Part sadness, part anger, why did you have to be taken so soon?
Everyone should learn from you that life can end so quickly
All should remember how you livedm through thick and thin
Caring for and helping others, being there no matter what
Everyone considers you a friend, please sleep well

Do we carry on now, living on in memory of you?
Even though the flesh is gone, the spirit remains, embraced by the divines
All will honor you, dear Anna
Remembering you every moment that we live

All who know you, I ask to raise a drink in memory
Never to forget all that you have done
Now we raise drinks to your undying memory
And never will you be forgotten, Anna Harzewski, never.

RIP, and may the gods and goddesses watch over you and guide you on the otherside

to all who I send this to, I ask you to post it in your Live journals, or whatever, as a tribute to the memory of our friend Anna.

Note: I cried at the end of this. May this move you too.
