[It's dark, too dark. In fact, a closer look at the surroundings by someone with exceptional eyesight would lead one to conclude that the PCD is underground. Inside of a rocky cave, to be precise. Directly above the PCD, Killua is hanging upside-down, his knees draped over a wire he had stretched across the opening, as he tries to reach something near the PCD. The PCD itself provides just enough light for Killua to see the details of his prey, probably the reason Killua turned it on and dropped it down in the first place.
The PCD is situated so that it doesn't reveal the rest of the cave's inhabitants, but when Killua finally grabs something and begins hauling it up, it's visible. A blue dragon egg. He pulls himself up to set his prize down outside and then hangs low again, grabbing two more of the enormous eggs before he snags the PCD.
