So for the past few months, I've been going into Politics quite frequently asking for a job. Derek knows me now; I've been so much. Anyway, I went in the other day and asked him if he wanted me to bring him a resume or something. He told me to email him one. So I did. I told him about the work at Journeys, and all of that.
So today I went in, actually looking around [which by the way, I got the baddest shirt] and he told me he got my resume in, and he'll definitely be giving me a call. He said things start to pick up in the middle of November. The money is good too; the lowest he gives someone is $7.50. And this guy has no experience with shoes. So I should be getting some good money at the end of the day.
So my lesson for all of you: hard work does pay off. You never know where experience, persistence, or being as handsome as me, will get you.
Oh and by the way, Mike Jones, Jeezy, Akon, and all of those rappers, and also some of the Saints' players have dropped in once or twice. So I'm bound to meet some of those people.
