Ha cha cha Delicious Art Stuff!
Well nothing ground breaking per se, but I'm rather happy because this week I got my first actual paying art gig in the form of a set of 16 Grimm Fairy Tale cards for 5Finity productions. I heard a lot of great things about the guy who gave me the job so I'm putting myself out there in a great way finally. It's a huge step as the set is pretty sought after. I was rather surprised as I didn't even have to ask, I was approached to do it. I think I got on very good terms with the company after I sent in my ten charity cards for the March of Dimes auction late last month. I busted my ass off on them and I'm glad it paid off! I can't wait to get these new cards in, I'll be able to post more info after October when they've been sent off :D
As for other stuff, I've been very happy with the progress on my artwork. I was kinda in some mood swings getting the motivation to finish work, but I made a new friend that exchanges badass work with me on a regular basis now and I have a nice commission I'm working on as well. :D
I hope the trend continues! I have some very cool stuff coming around the corner, especially original work! Wish me luck!
Oh...Yeah and that hurricane is on its way soon. I hope it dies off D:>
