February Beach Trip
It's been a while since I've gone to the beach to meditate.
I think I'm due to go this weekend. Life may not have taken the road I wanted, but I have faith that I'll end up where I need to be.
And yes, you can enjoy the beach without going in the water, for you silly people thinking that's something I would do in the winter.
