Few things in life taste and feel so good as a crispy hot dog in a toasted bun you've roasted over the large bed of coals resulting from a nice, toasty fire you've made to warm your room because the heat is broken. And, as it turns out, fish sauce is good as hell on hot dogs and spicy beef links; even more so when it's combined with ketchup. Woo for fermented anchovy drippings and Roman traders.
