[1592] Retail therapy!
Yesterday was my last day of school; my first exam is on Tuesday. So today was a study day, and despite my overwhelming apathy it was actually pretty productive! I met with Alyssa, Patty, and Ruth to study trusts in the morning, and then we crashed the International Law Society closing social, which was catered by India Palace. Soooo good. I spent the rest of the afternoon studying Criminal Procedure; my outline's about 2/3 done, and I should be ready for the review tomorrow morning.
After I got home from school, phoenix_melody and I went shopping! And it was surprisingly fun and productive! I got a really sexy pair of strappy black heels at J.C. Penney, a new wallet, a new pair of jeans (longer than usual, to wear with heels), and this absolutely gorgeous red floral print dress from Mikarose. I had been lusting after this dress from Chadwicks for weeks, but I like the red one even better. Paired with the strappy black sandals, it is very hot. >.> And everything but the dress was on sale, and even the dress was under $40!
We hit up El Gallo Giro for dinner, and now we're back at home unwinding and planning the day tomorrow. I've got a review session at 9 a.m. Afterward I think we're hitting the gym and then I'm settling down for some serious studying. This time next week, exams will be over!
