-TVXQ, Love in the Ice.
He was huddled on the couch with the thickest comforter around his shoulders.
YooChun and JunSu went out hours ago, having his permission to be out the whole day until the next. It was Christmas Eve, anyway.
It was Christmas Eve and he was alone, cold and just plain empty.
He willed his tears not to fall, but the more he tried, the more they rebelled and fell.
He sobbed, remembering how it used to be, how everything was just perfect before all this shit happened.
The door opened. "Hey. Why are you guys home early?" he asked, not looking up.
"Hi." the husky, all-too-familiar voice said, and JaeJoong's heart skipped a beat.
He slowly raised his head and found the man who had reigned in his dreams.
"Yunnie?" he whispered. YunHo smiled, and ran to him. He sat up from the couch to meet YunHo half-way.
They embraced each other, kissed, whispered words of love and assurance that the other was real.
Moments later found the couple on the couch, with the comforter wrapped around their shoulders.
"It really is cold." YunHo whispered as he nuzzled JaeJoong's nest of dark-brown hair.
"Not really."
"Why not? It's freezing."
"No, it's not. Well, not anymore, Yunnie." JaeJoong looked up at his YunHo's eyes.
"It's not really cold anymore because you're here to keep me warm, to keep my heart warm."
YunHo smiled. "You're still so cheesy, Joongie."
"Yeah, but you love it." he smirked.
"Yeah, I do." he leaned down to capture JaeJoong's luscious red lips.
They pulled away, but JaeJoong's arms remained around YunHo's neck.
"Yunnie, thank you."
"For what, Boo?"
"For making my heart warm once again."
The snow fell, chilling all those around its flakes. But somewhere in Seoul, in an apartment, laid two men with their hearts out on the open for the other. But their hearts weren't freezing. No, they were warm. Warm with their everlasting love for each other.
Note: I really don't know what I'm thinking. I listened to Love in the Ice and Konayuki, then all of a sudden this plot came to my mind. Well, I'm sorry for my suck-ishly short Author's Note. Please Enjoy and Comment. :D
