Сперва западные СМИ считали, что низкая явка будет сигналом, что "русские готовы к восстанию, дайте же денег и оружия украинушке!!!". Потом начались куд-кудах, что явка (и результаты!) нарисована. Затем, когда в сети начали появляться массовы фото и видео с огромными очередями к участкам, сменили пластинку вот на эту:
